Return Policy
It's simple. eZedia wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience.
eZedia will accept the return of any product purchased directly from eZedia or the eZedia Online Store within 30 days of purchase.
Indirect orders of products and services must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.

Purchased direct from eZedia
For Digital Products:
1.) Contact eZedia Customer Service
E-mail: support@ezedia.com
Provide the following information:
- the order number
- your full name
- the product you are returning
- the serial number(s)
- the reason for the return
2.) The Customer Service representative will have you do the following:
For digital products, you will be asked to print and complete a Letter of Software Destruction:

After eZedia has received and processed the Letter of Software Destruction, a credit will be issued within 48 hours. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment.
Note: To help you complete the Letter of Software Destruction, the Customer Service representative will provide you with the purchase price and order number.
For Physical Products:
1. Request a Refund
Please have the following information ready:
the order number, if applicable
your full name
the type and quantity of product(s) you are returning
the serial number(s)
the reason for the return

2. RMA Issued
eZedia will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items being returned.
Note: Without the RMA number your refund will be delayed.
3. Return Product
The Customer is required to ship the package with freight prepaid using a carrier that
has a reliable tracking system. eZedia is not responsible for products lost during return shipments.
The following address must appear on your shipment (replace xxxxxxx with your RMA number):

Note: eZedia will not accept any shipment without a valid RMA number clearly displayed on the exterior packaging. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
4. Receive Refund
After eZedia receives the return, the refund process takes four to six weeks. You will be refunded by the same method as your payment.
For example, if you paid by credit card, eZedia will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by purchase order and were invoiced, eZedia will credit your account. (If you have already paid the invoice and have no outstanding balance, eZedia will send you a refund check.)
*Exceptions to this policy include eZedia Services, Training, Support, Back Up CDs, and Shipping & Handling which are non-refundable.

Purchased direct from Reseller
If you have purchased eZedia products from a reseller, please contact your reseller for a refund. Indirect orders of products and services must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of that source.
